I Saw UFOs near the Yuma Proving Ground: WITNESS PHONE CALL

<p>Arthur contacted me after seeing one of my UFO shows on Youtube. He wanted to share his sighting of an oblong moon and a strange ufo in the area of the Yuma Proving Grounds of Arizona in 1991.
