I love you AND.. [100th episode CELEBRATION & GIVEAWAY]

<p>When I was thinking about what I wanted to talk about for todays SPECIAL EPISODE I asked myself.. what would I go back and tell myself 2 years when I had this nudge to start a podcast but I wasn’t quite sure how it would unfold.</p><p>So I wanted to use today to give you an I love you AND moment.. </p><p>I used to say I love you but.. but ‘but’ is contradicting, I think it shifts the energy, it takes away from the big picture where as AND adds ON. It makes it bigger.
