I left the left or right brain debate, right?

The theory is that people are either&#160;left-brained&#160;or&#160;right-brained, meaning that one side of their&#160;brain&#160;is dominant. If you're mostly analytical and methodical in your thinking, you're said to be&#160;left-brained. If you tend to be more creative or artistic, you're thought to be&#160;right-brained. That model of brain-sidedness is outdated and when we begin to associate and define ourselves with models that are no longer suitable, we may be doing irreversible damage to ourselves by insisting on things being presented in a certain way.<br/><br/>&#8220;My brain has two sides; the right and the left.
