HBO’s adaptation of Band of Brothers is great, as well.<br />George Koskimaki’s D-Day with the Screaming Eagles is a wonderful firsthand account which uses the author’s own experiences mixed with those of his fellow soldiers. <br />Don Burgett’s Curahee!
