How Women Lose in Supreme Court’s Decision to Redefine Sex

<p>American women have lost an important battle.</p><br><p>On Monday, the Supreme Court ruled 6 to 3 in favor of LGBT rights in the case R.G. &amp; G.R. Harris Funeral Homes v. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
