<p>This year in Australia, the gender pay gap has increased to 14.2%. That’s a difference of $261.50 every week.&nbsp;</p><br><p>One of the reasons we started this podcast was to try and improve gender wealth equality. This year, #EqualPayDay is on the 31st of August, and we want to take this opportunity to talk about the gender pay gap.
