Ultimately, not spending on stuff I didn't NEED propelled me into learning about personal finance because it saved me SO much money. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;As a reformed shopaholic, it was very hard to not be tempted to buy things, especially because I felt clothes were a part of my identity.
