How to Rewrite Your Own Narrative

<p>On this week's solo dolo episode, Kayla felt inspired to share something very personal to her that has had a profound impact on how she has been rewriting her own narrative by diving into her adoption story. By reflecting on her story of when she was brought to an orphanage as a baby and then growing up with white parents, Kayla shares with us how we can being to rewrite the stories that we've been telling ourselves that no longer serve us.
