How to Manage Losers

Even as high probability premium sellers, there will be plenty of times when our trades don’t work. This is simply a <a href="https://youtu.be/UuD4BkxJRH4">cost of doing business</a> and is unavoidable when you enter the financial markets. Inside of tastytrade, there are basically two schools of thought in regards to <a href="http://ontt.tv/2peKinc">managing losers</a>: holding indefinitely and managing at some multiple of credit received. With our SNAP position being right at 2x of credit received, we discuss these two alternatives for this position.
