How to Leverage Text Message Marketing

<p>We have been beta testing text and video message marketing, we have had our team do a large text experiment on all different lead types: past clients, soi, expireds, fsbo's,  internet leads (social, zbuyer, zillow, etc.) We wanted to test what it was like to send an individual text to a large amount of leads and evaluate responses. Also testing how many to text at a time, we found 100 is a good amount because you will get responses and so that number is manageable. The biggest thing our team has found is that the power of text messaging is HUGE!
