As long as one party don’t compromise more than the other party where it&apos;s a win-lose. because in order for it to be a win-win both parties needs to compromised. <br/><br/>LJ is a perfect example with dealing with conflict because LJ is an introvert who is uncomfortable in dealing with conflict.
