How to create an elevator pitch

<p>We all hear that we have to have an elevator pitch, but how many floors do you have, what needs to be in it, how much is too much, the list can go on and on. </p> <p>Your elevator pitch needs to be a living document and you are going to need more than one depending on who it is that you are "pitching to". It also needs to evolve as you and your business do.  This will happen because the more you say it the more you will get it refined. </p> <p>That is important! <strong><em>The more you say it the more you will get it refined</em>!</strong> I write it twice because the key is that you understand that you will not get it near perfect unless you try it out. More then once and more then just to a friend. Listen and watch for the reactions and then tweek as needed. </p> <p>So listen in, write some tips and send me your pitch!
