<p>In order to have true free will in your life, you must confront your shadow. The “Shadow” is a term coined by the Swiss psychologist, Carl G. Jung, and he describes it as a container of all the repressed and rejected parts of ourselves that were not adaptable in social life. We discuss the Individuation process, similar to what Maslow called, “Self-Actualization.” Confronting our shadow is the first step on this journey to becoming our true Self.
