I don’t usually experience anxiety but one morning last week I was thinking about my day ahead as I was waking and I could start to slowly feel my chest tighten. 😧<br /><br />My thoughts were causing this brief episode of a panic attack...<br /><br />As I became aware of these feelings and the thoughts that were associated to this attack I began to focus my attention to my breath and prayers.🙏🏼<br /><br />I had to shift my thinking from the cause to positive thoughts...<br /><br />Through my morning prayers, reflection and gratitude with movement. <br /><br />It helped me to come back to a relaxed controlled breathing and heart rate.❤️<br /><br />I no longer was experiencing anxiety but instead calmness and peace.<br /><br />The power of <br /><br />🔥breath<br />🔥meditation<br />🔥 movement <br /><br />can shift/ reframe your thoughts and feelings of <br /><br />🌪anxiety, <br />🌪fear, <br />🌪stress <br />🌪worry <br /><br />to a happy 😊 and relaxed state of mind + body.✨<br /><br />It is very important to recognize and become aware of the thoughts that trigger negative energy.<br /><br />Know the tools ⚙️ to use when those moments arise to help keep or return you back to a happy and safe space.<br /><br />Know thyself is powerful...✨<br /><br />I knew immediately what I had to do to free myself from my anxiety...🌪<br /><br />connect with my breath, meditate and move my body!🔥<br /><br />These are my go to tools ⚙️ that work for me.☺️<br /><br />What is a tool or resource you use to combat anxiety?👇🏼
