A few days ago, I looked at how many classes I need to take to finish my Masters Program, then I looked at how many I need to take to finish my RN program. Then I looked at the bigger things like kicking off my hospice agency, pregnancy, ans the million and one responsibilities that I still need to meet and fulfill in this world. I soon realized that it didn't matter how much I pout and complain and grumble, the mountain is still before me, and all I have to do is trust the very slow process, one step at a time. Somebidy once said that pain is temporary, but quitting is permanent. I'd rather get there late, with fulfillment in my arms, than get there late, with nothing in my arms.
