<p>I can across this story that many healthcare professionals are going through right now…Coming on the other end of the COVID-19 pandemic it has become commonplace to be short-staffed. Fewer resources have now become the norm rather than the exception. I heard one of my charge RNs say to another RN that this is going to be the “new normal”.
