How to argue productively with Michelle Rigg

<p>The property management role is full of conflict. That is our job. This is what we get paid to do. Manage problems and conflict.<br/><br/>We are also not trained in this enough, for some it comes naturally in &quot;arguing productively&quot; and others they learn how to do it over time.<br/><br/>I agree that the word &quot;argue&quot; is not necessarily the correct term, but it simplifies my message to all property managers.
