How the West can help people suffering from the civil war in Ethiopia

It's been nearly two years since the start of the conflict in Ethiopia's Tigray region, and there is no resolution in sight. Atrocities have been reported on both sides of the conflict between the federal government and Tigrayan forces. We hear about what the West can do to help from Dr. Fasika Amdeslasie, a surgeon and Dean of the Medical School at Mekele University in Tigray, and Adem Kassie Abebe, a program officer focusing on Ethiopia and Africa with the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance.
