With where we’re at in the world today, the standard hierarchical approach of one, or few, leaders at the top, leading down to the masses, isn’t as effective or accepted as it used to be. This method is coming to an end, and leaders need to find a new way of leading because the current system is unsustainable. Workers are not happy, they feel enslaved, and in today’s world, if companies want to attract and keep the best talent, they need to find a new way of interacting.
