How She Handles the Messy Middle as a More Mature Business

<p>The dynamic duo is back! Jayla Rae flew out to see me for a very important, and now <em>quarterly</em>, business planning meeting and we’re sharing how we plan for the future of our agency.&nbsp;</p><br><p>We found that meeting in person AT LEAST once a year has been a tremendous help when it comes to planning out our future. It can be hard to carry on a conversation about next year's revenue goals when we are answering pings in between Zoom calls and client commitments.
