How She Continues to Improve as a Leader

<p>Calling all leaders! (Yes, this includes you!) Some of you may feel like you were born to be leaders. Others probably want to think of themselves as strong leaders but struggle with self doubt at times. And some of you probably don’t even <em>want </em>to be leaders, but rather feel more comfortable in your support role as a team member. All of these are okay! Whether you are the CEO of an agency, the right-hand in command, or a support team member, the fact of the matter is you are most likely a leader (whether you know it yet or not!), you are most likely leading someone, or there will come a day when you will be leading someone in some capacity.
