How politics is ruined by money - explained by a Finance PhD

<p>In this episode of The Dr Boyce Breakdown, I explain how the American political system is horribly corrupted by money. &nbsp;Billionaires give money to candidates, who then give that money to corporate media to help them persuade voters to put them into office.&nbsp;</p> <p>This creates a horrible set of incentives for both the politician and corporate media. &nbsp;The media will serve the politicians who give them money, and the politicians then serve the billionaires. &nbsp;The American people are only served to the extent that they must be managed and manipulated to keep the politicians in power who serve their corporate interests.&nbsp;</p> <p>This also explains why there is no serious pursuit of the black agenda. &nbsp;&nbsp;#AfricanAmericans are important as a voting base, but not as a funding base. &nbsp;Therefore, they are typically managed by media, who exposes them only to specific information designed to support the politicians who are paying their bills.&nbsp;</p> <p>This podcast shows the downside of Financial Addiction and how it ruins our political system.&nbsp;</p> <p>Sincerely,</p> <p>Dr Boyce Watkins</p> <p>AllBlackEconomics.com</p>
