Description
Research has shown, again and again, that social isolation is a huge health risk for older adults and their caregivers. AARP is partnering with Best Friends Animal Society to help combat isolation and help people adopt a pet too. AARP Prepare to Care Podcast Host Charlene James talked to Kerry McKeel with Best Friends Animal Society about the partnership and importance of pets to people.
