As long as you can get clients from point A to point B, that is all you will need to start. Now as you grow and scale the company you’ll want to automate everything as much as possible and THEN you can build a course. The first thing you need to get locked in is what will be the transformation that people will go through when taking your course. The next thing you need to get locked in is who is your ideal client. Not every single person will start their transformation at the same point in their life and in their journey. SO, identify the starting point that you want to have for your IDEAL client. By doing these two things you can find “the gap” that you will take them across. Your client wants to get from Point A to Point B and you will get them there through the transformational course that you are offering them.</p>
