When you are running and scaling a business you set expectations for &nbsp;yourself that can quite literally block you from achieving your goals. These blocks could be mental blocks by constantly berating yourself as &nbsp;to why you aren’t doing good enough. They could be timing blocks, for example, you don’t plan out your day so &nbsp;before you know it, your day is gone. They could be confidence blocks, where you can’t get out of your own &nbsp;head and spiral out of control into despair. And this can happen to ANYONE, at ANY stage of your business. So to prevent this, don’t let your expectations create a gap from where &nbsp;you are to where you want to be. We entrepreneurs a lot of the time just want more and MORE. And what we need to acknowledge is how far we have already come and what &nbsp;we already have. When we look at our business in this new light, it helps us get rid of &nbsp;those negative expectations and it helps us pursue our goals in a &nbsp;healthy way.
