Ali Firas
Description

Have you ever been told in report "this patient is on the call light every 2 seconds" or "she is a nightmare" or "this patient is just DIFFICULT, good luck!" If so, you may have dealt with these so called "difficult," "needy," or "demanding" patients. This can make for a LONG shift. And by the end, you might feel like you're falling short or may label yourself a "bad nurse." Trust me, YOU ARE NOT. You are an AMAZING nurse, but sometimes we just need a little guidance to figure out the best way to manage these patients, especially when we have 5 others who need our attention. If you can relate to any of this, then this episode is for YOU.

I would love to answer ANY questions you have about nursing in general, or hear about areas you are struggling with right now. Message me @ashley_nursingcoop or shoot me an email at thenursingcoop@gmail.com with any questions, feedback, or comments. Happy Nursing!
