How did the St Basil's COVID-outbreak begin?

The inquest into the deaths of 50 people at the St Basils aged care home in Melbourne has heard that the first worker to contract the virus and introduce it to the residents, was allowed to continue working despite reporting to management that her family was unwell with flu-like symptoms.
