<p>Recently, the Dash DAO (decentralized autonomous organization) completed another important governance vote between two proposals seeking alternate ways of improving its self-funding treasury system. In the end, the proposal by the main development team won, but by looking back and comparing past votes, we can see how the network doesn't simply vote to validate the requests of the main developers, but rather they make decisions based on a completely rational set of requirements, which doesn't always favor the Core Team.
