Notably higher.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There’s COVID, which creates a constant undercurrent of stress.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There’s a lot going on politically in the US that I find very upsetting and frustrating.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">And don’t we all have at least one personal relationship that we find difficult?</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">So how do you handle this? </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Do you eat?  And eat? And gain weight? </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">I have a better idea. How about a little purposeful venting? </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Some good old fashioned complaining.
