How can leaders get the most out of introverts?

<p>This conversation stemmed from our previous discussion about innovation (https://youtu.be/Q1OhIo2d1io) when Michael Davis pointed out that it is easy to lose the contributions of people who are unwilling to "fight" for space in a conversation.</p> <p>We were fortunate to have Pascal Derrien, a self-identified introvert to share his perspective and Charlie Janes to add his experience from many years of developing and leading teams.</p> <p>The one huge takeaway - a good facilitator is critical and the leaders themselves are not the ideal person to facilitate.</p> <p>What do you think?
