House prices in Limerick were 3% higher than the year previously

<p>House Prices fell 0.3% in the first three months of 2023, according to the latest Daft.ie House Price Report. In Limerick City, prices in the first three months of 2023 were 3% higher than a year previously, compared to a rise of 8% seen a year ago.
