Hot & Mostly Dry Today & Tomorrow; Isolated & Scattered Late Day & Evening Storm Chances Wed-Sun; A Bit Cooler Fri-Sun

<p>Continues to be hot with daytime temperatures 10-15-degrees above normal and some chances for rainfall almost each afternoon and evening as an upper-level short wave trough moves through later in the week.  Today and tomorrow will likely remain dry, then Wednesday a backdoor cool front, combined with the trough, settle in with some scatted showers and storms.  Thursday through the week into the weekend upper-level short wave troughs will continue to move through the forecast area keeping the daily chances for scattered or isolated storms. Highs in the mid to upper 90’s to near 100 persist through Thursday, then later in the week and over the weekend cool fronts may bring them back into the upper 80’s and lower 90’s.</p>
