Horizontal Atonement: The Cross and the Church - 230305

<p>On August 28, 1963, Martin Luther King Jr. stood on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial and delivered his famous &ldquo;I Have a Dream&rdquo; speech to more than 200,000 people. In that speech he said &ldquo;I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the colour of their skin but by the content of their character.&rdquo; Six decades on, much of the world&mdash;sadly&mdash;still judges people purely on external appearances. Nearly 2000 years ago the apostle Paul gave the true solution for genuine brotherhood and reconciliation among people of all nations.
