<p>In this episode we review "Mad God" by Phil Tippett where this stop motion film was 30 years in the making. When watching this its easy to see how influenced he was by the great Ray Harryhausen.</p> <p> </p> <p>We also revisit a movie back in the golden age of creature features with the 1976 classic "Food of the Gods". Neko had never seen it but had a blast with it despite the movie not aging very well.</p> <p> </p> <p>And in our Retro Dvd Movie Vault pick Neko selects "Army of Darkness" starring Bruce Campbell and directed by Sam Raimi. We not only dive into Raimi's career as a director but also take a look at the 2013 remake of "Evil Dead" which we both find to be better than the original.
