To remain grounded (and see things from a higher perspective) as we move through our personal/professional development and healing journey, we must also periodically observe/feel/acknowledge [have Empathy for] circumstances within and around what we are cultivating. This is, simply put, taking care of yourself and the world around you -- naturally, authentically, genuinely.&nbsp;</p> <p>Despite various freedoms we are granted, our society and its systems continue to attack marginalized groups + fail those who are most vulnerable/susceptible to injustice. The recent death of 29-year-old Tyre Nichols due to police brutality in the US -- among many other local/global tragedies + lives/land lost unnecessarily on a regular basis -- confirms universally as a people that we are still in dire need of actionable accountability and integrity, which we cannot ignore.&nbsp;</p> <p>This is certainly not the first, and unfortunately will not be the last time we experience/witness injustice.
