She has 20+ years’ experience driving merchandising strategies for eCommerce, DTC, brick &amp; mortar, catalog and mobile.</p> <p>Holly has been able to transform businesses and drive multi-million-dollar growth through strategy and implementation, building fashion-right assortments, focusing on target markets and delivering unique shopping experiences.
