Hiring, automation and 'hidden workers'

A Harvard Business School study finds there are more than 27 million “hidden workers” in the U.S. who can't suitable employment. We talk with the director of the school’s “Managing the Future of Work” project about problems people face in finding work and what businesses can do to meet potential employees where they are.
