In some parts of the world, temperatures are so high rivers are drying up and lakes are shrinking. In China, parts of the Yangtze and its tributaries are parched, and Germany's Rhine river is at record low levels. Nore Young speaks with Junyan Liu, a climate researcher in China with Greenpeace, Martin Helms, a hydrologist at the German Federal Institute of Hydrology, and Katharine Jacobs, a professor of environmental science at the University of Arizona.
