High Altitude Sports Ep.12 (This Town Is Only Big Enough For One John)

<p>Dylan Kantor and Austin Ledabski are two Denver based comedians that started a podcast to capture all things sports. This week we have our 3rd host Derric Ragsdale on the show, and we recorded from our new Slaughterhouse North Studio. The episode starts with Ledabski and Derric talking about their experience at a game 1 watch party of the Stanley Cup and Russia's love for Ping Pong. Dylan explains his theory of the NBA being tired as an organization/fanbase, then we learn about the un-told "Darkside of John Elway", Shaq Shoes, and how future Nuggets trades need to involve a friend for Jokic. We review a few movies and shows related to sports (kind of), which leads to two of the greatest quotes "There's a man in inside his penis" and "This town is only big enough for one John". The boys discuss bringing a Denver team's mascot onto the podcast, and Dylan makes some strong statements about Rockies fans/stadium. Evan questions the value of the Broncos and gets explained how wrong he is, and Dylan talks about library fights. The podcast ends with a discovery about Evan's shocking lack of Hack Sack experience and Dylan challenging everyone to play basketball. He challenges everyone in the room and then moves on to multiple people in the Denver comedy scene he knows he can "Hoop". Throughout the show Austin reminds us all, Avalanche are coming down a mountain, like a fountain, but Evan still insists his home team will win.
