SubhanAllah, the foresight of our scholars is truly remarkable. When Razi discharged his psychiatric patients from his hospital, he didn’t just send them away—he gave them 3 gold dinars. Why? To help them reintegrate into society with dignity. Two of those dinars were for their basic needs—food, clothing, and shelter—so they wouldn’t have to ask others for help. The third dinar? He gave it so they could invest in a business and become self-sufficient.
