Help Us Help Juliann, A 12-year-old With A Terminal Illness

It's a very rare genetic disorder and there is no cure for it, it (sadly) is terminal. To help you understand without going into great detail, she has the body of an 80-year-old and her mind is that of a 12-18 month old.</p> <p style="text-align:center;">We know we cannot save the World but we can make a difference in at least one person's life.
