HELP! I've lost my voice

<p>There's been a lot of bugs around recently and even Charlotte's been hit by a really nasty one.</p><br><p>So much so she lost her voice.</p><br><p>And whilst it may feel like March is a strange time to think about looking after your voice to protect it from sore throats and strain, actually you need to be looking after your voice all year.</p><br><p>Charlotte has collected lots of advice as well as hints and tips throughout her career on the radio and now in podcasting.
