He has led trips to the depths of the Grand Canyon and to the tallest point in</p> <p>Wyoming. Along the way he taught thousands of teens and adults in effective</p> <p>communication, overcoming challenges, and compassionate leadership.</p> <p>Charles took that experience into the workplace where he excelled in building strong</p> <p>empowered teams. He is proud of his experience harnessing collaborative energy to</p> <p>develop new businesses as well as turn around stagnant programs.</p> <p>Charles is also proud of his work promoting healthy masculinity.
