Morgan, and Berkshire Hathaway, decided to fold</a> after being in business for three years. The Georgia runoff election <a href="https://www.healthaffairs.org/do/10.1377/hblog20210107.817888/full/">confirmed a democratic Congress for the incoming Biden Administration</a>.
