Tony has struggled with severe depression, anxiety, and anger since he was a child. </p><p><br/></p><p>Cursed with a family history of mental health issues, and early childhood trauma, finding a path to calm was a journey 35 years in the making. While he’s still anxious and has bad days, the real truth is he’ll never be fully done growing.
