These included years of insomnia, Muscle Tension Dysphonia chronic fatigue, night sweats, violent nightmares, anxiety and depression. </p> <p>In May of 2022, after 7 years of struggling with her mental and physical health, she reached a breaking point and decided to leave her home in Canada where she had been living for eight years, to move back in with her parents in France. That&#39;s when she found several neuroplasticity based healing programs such as Primal Trust, which set her on the path of recovery.</p> <p>As of April 2023, she now has lots of energy and lives a full life, sleeps peacefully most nights, and no longer has chronic anxiety nor depression.
