Has Glasgow solved climate change yet?

A week ago we were wondering what the UN climate summit in Glasgow, COP26, might deliver for humanity. We'd been told many times that the world is not on track to limit warming to less than 2 degrees, and that Glasgow was our best - if not our last - chance to fix that. At the halfway mark, Swedish activist Greta Thunberg says the talks have already failed. So is she right? Today on The Signal, while world leaders have mostly left, negotiations still have a week to run. So what's the world agreed to so far? And is there still cause for hope in the final week?
