Eric Spinner is a longtime resident of Harbour Point Gardens apartments in Troy, NY and identifies as the president of the Harbour Point Gardens tenant association. On Thursday, June 29, 2023 one week after the tenants were evicted due to code violations and unsafe conditions, he spoke with Hudson Mohawk Magazine producer Elizabeth (EP) Press about the code violations, why that led to over 100 tenants getting evicted from the apartment complex and his reaction to the situation.
