Any negative thing was speak has a 10x chance to happen versus speaking positive. </strong></p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>- Also learning more about affirmations &amp; using them in my favor some are my favorite are &quot;Abundance &amp; Happiness are my birth right&quot; &quot;What I Desire, Desires Me More, The Money I&#39;m Seeking is Seeking Me More.&quot; Speaking Affirmations aren&#39;t just it, you have to believe in what you&#39;re saying. </strong></p> <p><strong>- A book I reccommend to understand more about Affirmations &amp; The Subsconcious Mind is &quot;The Power of The Subconscious Mind&quot;</strong></p> <p><strong>- Learning about Your Subconscious Mind will help you realize the power that you have &amp; this book gives you a clear understanding of how to use it in your favor.</strong></p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>- Journaling has been big for me but I&#39;ve been unconsistent but I&#39;m learning the power of journaling and how it helps me.</strong></p> <p><strong>- Journaling at the end of the day helps me decompress &amp; leave the day on the paper.</strong></p> <p><strong>- If you don&#39;t journal I highly reccommend it so that you can understand yourself more.</strong></p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>- I began taking Gratitude Walks &amp; getting Sunlight daily, which helps me mentally &amp;
