Take a few minutes today to reflect and write down in your notebook or journal those who you're harboring ill will or resentment towards and then do the following: While reviewing the list, say the Our Father Meditate on the words "Forgive our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us" Ask God for the grace &amp; courage to forgive them as He forgives you PS. I like to write +JMJ+ at the top of our prayer journal pages. This helps me remember to ask for the intercession of the Holy Family as I journal and pray.
